Salesforce has taken a step forward in marketing data analytics with the launch of Marketing Intelligence, a new tool based on the Salesforce Core platform that combines the power of Data Cloud, Hyperforce, Tableau Next and Agentforce to deliver advanced analytics and real-time optimization of advertising campaigns.
Evolution from Datorama
Datorama, which previously became Marketing Cloud Intelligence, continues to exist and play a specific role in advanced use cases. However, the new Marketing Intelligence extends the capabilities by integrating directly into Salesforce Core along with other key tools such as Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Personalization and Tableau.
