TDX First Timer, discovering the Salesforce community live and in full color.

Arrival in San Francisco: the beginning of the adventure
My trip started with a great arrival in San Francisco. From the airport I could already tell that something big was coming: people wearing jackets, hats and backpacks with the iconic Trailblazer logo were crossing everywhere. It was clear that TDX was not just any event, and that it was bringing together Salesforce ecosystem enthusiasts from all over the world.
I arrived on a Tuesday, a day before the official start of the event, which gave us time to acclimatize and take a first look at the Moscone West Convention Center, the event venue. Together with my team from Orange Digital CX, we walked through the streets of the city until we reached the venue, where you could exchange your digital pass for the official badge. After picking it up, we took the opportunity to explore San Francisco and enjoy a good pizza before resting. We knew that an intense and exciting day awaited us the next day.
Event day: learning, technology and Trailblazer community
Wednesday arrived and the excitement was evident. Early in the morning we arrived at the venue, where a warm welcome awaited us: coffee, muffins and an atmosphere that combined the professional with the festive. Energized, we started with our first session on Agentforce, and from the very first moment I knew that this would not be an ordinary experience.
The sessions were hands-on, focused and designed to keep your attention at the top of your game. Within minutes we were reinforcing agent setup skills and understanding how this technology can make a difference for our customers at Orange Digital CX.
After several enriching sessions, we headed to the main auditorium for the TDX Main Keynote. That's when it hit me: I've been in the Salesforce ecosystem for almost a year, yet being there, seeing Matthew McConaughey in the opening video, listening to world-class speakers and witnessing the production quality... it really made me realize the magnitude and impact of this company.
The Quest and the magic of community
One of the most fun and enriching moments was participating in the TDX Quest, a series of interactive activities designed to test you and push you to explore different spaces of the event. We successfully completed all the challenges, which allowed us to redeem prizes, but beyond that, it was a great way to experience the event in an active way, learn by doing, and have an amazing time as a team.
In addition, I had the opportunity to attend a very special chat with Latin American Trailblazers, where my colleague Rodrigo Santander was one of the speakers. This session was deeply inspiring: I met colleagues from different countries, we shared ideas, learnings and also exchanged LinkedIn profiles for further collaboration. That sense of global community with a Latin heart was one of the unexpected gems of the event.

Conclusion
An experience that marks a before and after
TDX exceeded all my expectations. It was an immersive, challenging, exciting and deeply human experience. Experiencing a Salesforce event of this magnitude for the first time left me with not only technical learnings, but connections and memories that will stay with me.
It has been, without a doubt, my best experience in the technological environment so far.. And if this was TDX... I can't wait to experience a Dreamforce!
